Learning Consultant and Lead Project Trainer, Middle East

Hesma is a dynamic CIPD qualified (UK) Human Resource Generalist with a strong foundation in people science. She has more than 20 years’ experience in driving strategic management projects in the Human Resource field and in particular Training and Development. She is adept in spearheading research and development through Experiential learning programs.

Her expertise includes leading, facilitating and developing bespoke training programs to meet client requirements and strategic objectives. Sumeet Nayyar

Affiniax Partners CEO and Partner

Sumeet is a results-driven professional with an Advanced Management Program certificate from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a double postgraduate in Management disciplines from two recognized top universities in the UK.

He is the CEO and responsible for the overall management and growth strategy of Affiniax Partners. He also manages all business and transaction advisory related assignment of the Affiniax Partners. Previously, he has worked on numerous projects involving acquisitions & business disposals, market & financial feasibility studies of industries ranging from hospitality, real estate to manufacturing companies, business valuations, market reports, due diligence services, quality, and risk management advisory. 

In addition, Sumeet advises senior business heads and C-level executives on business- related matters that require a high level of understanding concerning best business practices in the Middle East.
Sumeet has also helped companies in the UAE to internationalize and have helped companies from various parts of the world to enter the UAE market.
